Despite it being short (only 4+ hours) i would argue it has a deeper and richer story than games 3-4 times it's length. This game has two diffrent endings so i suggest playing it twice, i also suggest looking at every paper, newspaper, and book you can find because they offer massive amounts of backstory. I reccomend this to ANYONE who enjoyed Portal and Portal 2 because this game has the same vibe to it.overall: 10/10. A story that elicited more than a few eyerolls told mostly by Navi with a British accent meets a decent first-person puzzler that begs for a checkpoint system and has some wonky physics. I know FPP games are hard to come by, but do yourself a favor and (re)play Portal 2 or Q.U.B.E. 2 instead.. This game has potential, but excessive backtracking, endless corridors, and repetition ruin the experience. If a sprint key was added, the game would be half as long. The puzzles are nice and have a gradual increase in difficulty, but are made much worse by how easy it is to have to restart them: falling into a pit automatically restarts the puzzle, you also can just lose a color before realising you cannot retrieve it. The narrative is ok, but very predictable. Since the comparison to Portal was made: the games are nothing alike. Portal has been extensively playtested to remove many of the annoyances found here, and it has a story with humour. However, with more polish and especially removal of many unnecessary corrdiors and backtracking as well as addition of a sprint key, this could have been a decent experience.. An impressive feat in visual storytelling, which sadly gets overshadowed by the voiceover telling you everything the visual storytelling showed you as well, while also outright revealing the solution to what could have otherwise been very satisfying-to-figure-out environmental puzzles, yet the player doesn't really need to solve the environmental puzzles themselves, because the voiceover tells you the solution. The Gameplay is solid and the puzzles are fun to solve without any puzzles being overly difficult. Taking a step back from the puzzle, observing the individual pieces and figuring out the individual steps to victory in your head will give you the key to solving most puzzles in this game, and makes solving the puzzles feel rewarding and satisfying.That said, the puzzles visually look very similar and could have used more visual work done on them like what was done with the final puzzle chapter of the game. I would have also enjoyed the story more if there was less voiceover, since the visual storytelling and symbolism is very strong in the environment without being shoved into the player's face excessively, but I can also understand that less voiceover might have lost a lot of players on the way.All said, its a very solid and good puzzle game that is worth playing, and with a ton of potential upwards that hopefully gets realized by the developer in his future games.P.S. I beat the game in 3:30 hours, but I still feel like I got my money's worth out of this, since I enjoyed my time all the way.. Pretty good puzzle game in the same vein as QUBE or The Turing Test. It's not overly difficult but challenging enough to keep you engaged and the progression of difficulty is well-paced. It took me just over 5 hours to complete but your mileage may vary.My only complaint is that it is far too easy to get into a fail state during a puzzle and have to restart the entire room again, it would have been nice to have mid-puzzle checkpoints during some of the longer sections. Most of the puzzles are short enough though that that's not a massive issue.The story and setting are fairly compelling, and the voice-acting is fairly good too. The slightly spooky atmosphere works well to have you on edge and give the feeling that something isn't quite right.All in all, if you like games such as The Turing Test, QUBE, The Talos Principle, Pneuma: Breath of Life, or Portal, I can highly recommend this. If you get it on sale, even better.
